Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location in the historic center of Burgos is fantastic, offering easy access to the beautiful Arco de Santa Maria and the nearby old town. The room on the fourth floor was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the price seemed high considering the quality and service provided.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but not as bright as I expected, especially with such a stunning view of the cathedral. They were a bit small for the price, though. The service was a bit of a letdown due to not being informed about the 'summer timetable' affecting breakfast and room service, but the staff, especially the waiter in the restaurant, was friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the old town, near all the sights, and offering nice views, although being across the river made it quieter. The dining was a traditional experience, with good options, but not exceptional. It could have been better compared to other places I've visited. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
Staying at the hotel was a delight. The rooms were gorgeous with a view and offered big twin beds with plenty of space. The location in the historic center of Burgos was amazing for exploring the nearby old town. The dining experience was excellent, with fresh made shots and great service. Overall, a comfortable hotel with a mix of positives and negatives.
I recently stayed at this hotel and found the rooms to be very spacious, much more so than is normal for European hotels. Despite not facing the cathedral, the rooms are large and very comfortable, with a good bathroom and a really lovely big bed. However, it was far too expensive for the quality and the service provided.
I was delighted with the hotel's location, close to the old town and across the river for a quieter stay. The rooms were not only clean and well laid out but also boasted a special view that added to the charm of our stay. However, the service could have been more pleasant, and the issue with the 'summer timetable' not offering breakfast or room service before 8 a.m. was a downside after prepaying; no one wants to start the day on an empty stomach.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms, although a bit dimly lit, were very comfortable and practical with a disabled-friendly shower. The location was perfect, just across from the cathedral and in a quiet area. The dining options were varied but a bit pricey for certain items. Overall, a great value for the location and service received.
